Time limited, generally repayable, assistance available to those who are not eligible for income assistance due to a variety of circumstances and who have proven that all other funding sources have been exhausted.more info

Jubilee Place has 33 supportive housing units for persons who are homeless or at-risk-of-homelessness. The vision for Jubilee Place is a supportive community that improves the lives of homeless persons, or those at risk of homelessness, by providing support services, including housing, life skills training, rehabilitative social and recreational opportunities, and access to job skills training and educational upgrading.more info
