CMHA Activity / Clubhouse Program

Activity/Clubhouse is designed to provide opportunities for clients to congregate for social support, recreation, to improve their quality of life and to facilitate successful community engagement. The clubhouse members are involved in all aspects of the program operations. We provide a variety of leisure activities as well in order to encourage social relationships. The Clubhouse is about choice, respect and education. An important part of that is working together to prepare a nutritious lunch every day for members. We do skills based learning in the kitchen, with chores, learning computer skills, games, life skills crafts, community fundraising, gardening and more.
