Acquired Brain Injury Program

I work with people who have an acquired brain injury providing help in their home or in my office. Common areas where help is needed is accompanying to Dr. appointments to take notes, assisting in teaching healthy eating such as diabetic diet or heart smart. Helping to make their life easier through memory aids, signs and notes. Keeping on track with Meds, Blood pressure and pharmacy needs. Shopping lists and assisting in choices.
