Hello Central Interior, Cariboo, and Chilcotin Residents,

Due to the BC wildfires, the CIRD (Central Interior Rural Division of Family Practice) would like to provide an update on the status of the medical clinics in Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, Tatla Lake and for the rural health centers in the region. I have also included the pharmacies information. It is important to note that the current status of these businesses could change at any time and we encourage you to contact them for more information:

WILLIAMS LAKE CLINICS:

Atwood Medical Clinic 250-398-5162
• Monday - Friday | 8:30 am – 12 pm

Cameron Medical Clinic 250-305-1102
• Monday – Friday | 8:30 am – 4 pm | Closed 12 pm – 1 pm

• Dr. Peimer is available on August 4th, 11th, 18th. Dr. Peimer is available through the ER for any adult, child, and youth psychiatric emergency
• Dr. Burkey is not available until August 10th.

• The ER, Radiology, and Lab are open. No in-patients at this time.
• Dialysis is closed.
• Obstetrics and Specialists office are booking appointments.
• Ambulatory Care is open Mon – Fri | 8 am to 4 pm
• Public Health and Mental Health are open regular hours

• Open Monday – Friday | 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• There is no administration staff to answer the phone, so please leave a message.

Alexis Creek Outpost/Health Centre 250-394-5179
• Monday – Friday | 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with one nurse on call after hours and on the weekends.Tristan Pratt, Family Nurse Practitioner, is holding a clinic on Thursdays in Alexis Creek and providing clinics in other communities (Anaham, Toosey) as required. Tristan will be opening the clinic in Anaham over the August long-weekend.
