The Crisis Line is available after office hours and 24/7 on weekends and holidays. Out of town calls can phone 1-800-704-4264. This program provides crisis/suicide intervention, supportive counselling, community information and referral information.

Short Term Counselling:

Short Term Counselling provided to individuals, couples, or families experiencing difficulties in their lives.

Suicide/Sudden Death Bereavement Support Group:

This group offers peer support to anyone who has lost someone to suicide or a sudden death.
