Jubilee Place

Jubilee Place has 33 supportive housing units for persons who are homeless or at-risk-of-homelessness. Our vision for Jubilee Place is a supportive community that improves the lives of homeless persons, or those at-risk-of-homelessness, by providing support services, including housing, life skills training, rehabilitative social and recreational opportunities, and access to job skills training and educational upgrading.

Support Services on site include but are not limited to:

1. Advocacy

2. Access to Employment Programs

3. Recreational Activities

4. Life Skills

5. Resource/Computer Room

Features:

1. Jubilee Place features a large vegetable garden and three flower gardens for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

2. Large selection of books, games and videos

3. Small "movie theatre"

4. Access to Supported Employment Program for those individuals needing assistance on the job. (Supported Opportunities Program)

Intake Process:

If you or someone you know is homeless or at risk of becoming homeless please contact Jubilee Place to set up an appointment. The Advocate will be happy to help you through the intake process and provide more information on the Jubilee Place Supportive Housing program.
