Kendra Rogers-Calabrese works with clients using a holistic approach based on each client’s wellness plan and goals.  Her approach to therapy is inherently person-centered, with the incorporation of other therapeutic interventions, such as trauma-focused cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness practice, and therapeutic art activities.

In addition to her Master of Education degree, Kendra has training and/or certification in numerous other therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Infant Mental Health, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

Kendra has counselled clients who experience a variety of issues, including complex trauma, intergenerational trauma and residential school effects, grief and loss, addiction issues, self-harm, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation.

Kendra is registered with the First Nations Health Authority as a Mental Health Provider in the Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support and Crisis Intervention Mental Health programs, with the Crime Victims Assistance Program, and with ICBC.  She is also available to work with private clients and provide mental health and clinical consultation.
