The KidZone’ After School
Our Club is pleased to offer provincially licensed out-of-school care for children ages 7-12. We consider our program an extended learning opportunity, and offer the children fun creative things to do, take them out in the community to experience all that it has to offer, and provide daily physical activity and a snack program.
Supported by Boys and Girls Club of Canada and following the Torch Club, Power-Up, and Cool Moves curriculum, these programs provide the tools and environment necessary for young people to learn to set academic goals and create a plan for achieving those goals and become actively engaged and self-directed in their learning.
The program runs at Marie Sharpe Elementary School (GROW Building), where children are met. The After-School Program runs Monday-Friday, 3:00 to 5:30 and costs $10.00 per child, per day. Our program also runs full days for Pro-D, November and March breaks from 8:30 to 5:30, at a cost of $20 per day, per child.
