Homeless Outreach Program

The Homeless Outreach Program connects people who are Homeless or at risk of Homelessness with housing by assessing clients needs, assisting with personal goals and connecting individuals and families with stable accommodation and appropriate services. Assisting individuals with applying for income assistance, rental supplements, Persons with Disability application, Food security and any other organization the client is needing.
