CDBC Keyworker

The keyworker is a non-judgemental helper that will guide families through the assessment process and work with schools and other agencies within the community to ensure that needed supports are in place. The Keyworker will also work with individual children, youth and parents to learn about FASD and develop skills to be successful. There is no fee for this service.

Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre is a non profit community service organization that has served the South Cariboo for over 25 years. Our mission is to strengthen the quality of personal, family and community life. Our services include Family Services, Counselling Services and Youth Services. CFEC is the host of the South Cariboo Early Years Centre providing a hub for all thing that are Early Years (children ages 0 - 6). CFEC also operates the CFEC Early Care and Learning Centre providing Infant & Toddler (ages 0 - 3), 3 - 5, Preschool, Before and After School and Out of School services on a full time, part time and drop in basis. Counsellors The Counselling Program offers free counselling services for a variety of issues to couples, individuals, teens including relationship counselling, anxiety/depression, anger management, personal and work stress.
Early Years Home Visiting Program Supporting mothers and fathers through pregnancy, birth and the first few years of life with their baby.
Early Years Program Distributes and provides support to parents to complete the Nipissing/ Ages & Stages to identify child development early intervention strategies.
