Beauty from the Inside Out A program for Grade 7 girls encouraging girls to make healthy lifestyle choices, learn about self-esteem and self worth.
Child Care Resource and Referral The Child Care Resource and Referral Program provides services for children, parents and child care providers. We do programming for children, link parents with services and provide training for child care providers.
Community Response Network (CRN) An affiliate with the BC Community Response Network concerning vulnerable adults. We focus on education and awareness of adult abuse, neglect and self neglect.

Legal Advocacy This program offers direct advocacy to individuals female and male and their families to assist them with legal issues not covered by Legal Aid.
Women's Counselling Counselling for women who have experienced or are experiencing abuse or violence.
