Self-Management BC Programs
Self-Management BC offers a menu of self-management programs available to British Columbians online, by telephone, and by mail. Programs are for adults of all ages living with one or more ongoing health conditions and there is no cost to participate. All programs are self referral and we offer programs for Chronic Pain, Diabetes and Chronic Health Conditions.more info
Self-Management Health Coach Program
Self-Management Health Coach Program provides individualised telephone support for people living with chronic diseases such as diabetes, chronic pain, cancer, heart, kidney and lung diseases, arthritis, lupus, Parkinson, MS, etc. Volunteer health coaches provide weekly 30 minutes telephone coaching for 3 – 6 months for individuals wanting to improve their confidence and motivation to become healthier and to better manage the daily challenges of living with chronic conditions. Individuals are paired with coaches based on gender and possibly shared chronic conditions. This program is available to every British Columbians. more info
Shelter Services
The Shelter is available 24 hours a day and provides no cost overnight accommodation to transients and those temporarily without housing and in crisis situations. The Shelter has thirty beds including a family unit.more info

Affordable accommodations located across from the BC Cancer Agency – Centre for the Southern Interior. A home away from home during cancer treatment with meals and support services.more info
The KidZone’ After School
The Boys and Girls Club of Williams Lake and District is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality programs and services to the youth and families of Williams Lake. Through a range of social, recreation, education programs and outreach services covering young people between the ages of 7-18, we help young people learn the skills they need to grow into happy, healthy, productive adults.more info

WellNest Counselling and Consulting
Kendra Rogers-Calabrese, M.Ed., RCC received her Master of Education in Counselling degree in 1998. Since then, she has worked with First Nations Bands and non-profit organizations, providing individual, group, and family counselling to clients of all ages. Kendra has recently opened her own private practice, WellNest Counselling & Consulting. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.more info
